Reporting and Evaluation
This section is for researchers, educators principal investigators and other individuals who have received an award or funding from the Maine Space Grant Consortium, or for those who have volunteered to review applications or proposals for one of our programs.

For awarded principal investigators and others: The following OEPM reporting forms can be downloaded here. Please download your respective form for the program you are participating in, for example: A Research Infrastructure Seed Grant Award and the Ideas Lab Program, is a RESEARCH form. A Higher Education Curriculum Development Project is a HIGHER ED form. A Pre-College form would be completed for projects that involve or impacts K-12 teachers and students such as our Space Day Maine Program. Any informal science or education programs is an INFORMAL form. If you are reporting an EPSCoR Research Project, use the RESEARCH form until the EPSCoR form is finalized. Once completed, email the entire form to Jana at jana.hall@msgc.org
